Project Case Study: Grand Private Residence Spa Wing, Surrey

"This project involved the complete architectural spatial redistribution and interior architecture of an expansive, underutilized wing within a grand stately home, transforming it into a world-class private wellness sanctuary.

Our management scope directed the complete redesign of the indoor pool environment, coordinating high-end materials, precise stone integration, and underwater ambient lighting schemes. The surrounding footprint was strategically re-zoned to integrate a fully equipped massage and beauty salon, a bespoke Hammam and custom sauna, and dedicated, low-frequency acoustic chill-out zones.

By seamlessly managing the interface between historic property conditions and spa infrastructure, the project delivered a quiet, confident luxury. The result is a harmonious blend of architectural precision and uncompromising wellness design, executed to an exacting international standard."
